Training, 9th May 2012

Indoor bike training
10 minute warmup
10X1 minute big ring work, 30s rest
5 minute cooldown

A cadence meter would have been useful for this exercise, but it's not arriving for another week or two.

Feeling surprisingly good, despite a 1500m swim last night and a 40 minute run yesterday morning.

First week of tri training for Laguna Phuket November 25th.
